This blog serves to introduce you with different technologies being used in Internet of Things (IoT) communication technology. These include sensors, smart sensors, Sensor localization, communication protocol and actuating system…..etc. It gives a brief explanation about sensors, actuators  and classification based on application area, nature of input and output, type of  input and output signal……etc. For communication protocol it covers only the protocols used in embedded computing systems and IoT applications where focus is given on RS232,RS422, SPI and I2C communication protocols. Furthermore different IoT application projects will be considered
